The Asterion DC series from Sorensen (A division of Ametek Programmable Power) is a  range of high power density 1U and 2U programmable DC power supplies with fixed range or autoranging models  from 1.7kW to 10kW rated output power.

The Asterion DC series is digitally controlled and can be operated either from its multilingual touchscreen interface, or remote controlled using the standard Ethernet LXI, USB and RS232 interfaces or the optional GPIB interface. Using Asterion DC Virtual Panels (Graphical User Interface software) it is possible to monitor and fully control the units remotely without the need for the front panel display. It also supports auto-parallel operation for higher power output configurations.

Sorensen Asterion DC Power supplies have a 5 year warranty.
