California Instruments have announced that all Asterion AC supplies now come with a 5 year warranty

As an expression of the confidence that AMETEK Programmable Power have in the quality and reliability of their California Instruments branded Asterion units, the entire range of Asterion AC power sources now comes with a 5 year warranty, matching the warranty of the Sorensen branded 1U Asterion DC supplies.  Specifically, AMETEK Programmable Power Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five years from the date of original shipment of the product to the original purchaser.

In addition, there is Warranty+, a cost option enhancement to the standard product warranty ensuring a no hassle, expedited experience in the event of a failure which provides 2-way expedited shipping, 5-7 business day turnaround time for field visits, 15 business day turn around for depot repairs and repairs at no cost.  Warranty+ is just one of the offerings of AMEcare® Reliability Assurance™ program providing support service to protect your device through each stage of its life cycle. Warranty+ is available for free, along with free software options worth thousands as part of the Autumn 2019 promotion for units ordered before the end of 2019.
