Keithley have announced the 4200A-SCS parameter analyzer

The 4200A-SCS is a customizable and fully-integrated parameter analyzer that provides synchronized insight into current-voltage (I-V), capacitance-voltage (C-V), and ultra-fast pulsed I-V characterization. Available with or without a 15" HD (1920 x 1080) touch-screen, and either as a mainframe plus a range of modules, or as pre-configured application specific packages, there is extensive flexibility.
